Purchaser will have the following responsibilities:

Manufacture, finish and installation of shutters will be done in accordance with standard practice, using standard hardware, unless otherwise specified in writing. Ted’s Discount Blinds will match paint/stain samples given to us by the customer but may not match perfectly. Stock color charts can also vary slightly.

In the event that Ted’s Discount Blinds is unable to take final measurements at the time agreed upon, the delivery date and price is subject to change. Installation and all services will be completed during normal business hours (8:30 am – 5:30 pm) unless otherwise stated in writing.

Ted’s Discount Blinds reserves the right to remove shutters if payment in full is not made at the time of installation. In addition, if installation cannot be accomplished within 30 days of manufacturing completion, the full amount of the contract shall be due.

If legal action shall become necessary for Ted’s Discount Blinds to enforce the terms of this agreement or collect any amount payable hereunder, Customer will be responsible for reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs. Pre-liens will be filed within 15 days of nonpayment of any remaining balance.

There will be $25.00 charge for all returned checks (from the bank).

Your signature (or company representatives signature) and/or deposit (in the form of a check) legally binds you to the terms of this contract with Ted’s Discount Blinds and personally guarantees payment of this invoice.

Ted’s Discount Blinds reserves the right to correct obvious misquotes and addition errors.

If purchaser is ordering inset mounted or Z-frame mounted shutters, there will be gaps between the backside of the shutters and the window framing/drywall.

All warranties are provided directly by the shutter manufacturer (Five Star Shutters).

Purchaser understands and agrees that shutters are custom made and once the Order is taken it cannot be cancelled.
